Honestly, they don t even deserve that one star!! Third time at this Nissan location. Twice was due to recalls (I was never offered anything for my inconvenience Not even Water ) and one for an oil which I ended up walking out and going elsewhere. Staff are rude and unable to smile nor welcomed me or others that entered the service area. During my last visit, I was told I need to replace my brake pads. I told David that I didn t want my pads replaced there since I only brought it for the recall. I have no idea what happened but my brakes started making a sound within TWO hours of leaving the Nissan Dealership. When I called back and told him about the noise. He told me I don t know what to tell you bud Really? I have to bring my car for a recall and now I have some noise that I didn t hear before and ALL of this is because I brought my car for NISSAN to fix the recall. I m going to get my brakes done elsewhere but I will make sure others are aware of this kind of activities at your locations.
