Walked in to the store to find an engagement ring. First impression was how neatly the store is arranged especially for someone that knows nothing about this stuff. The staff was helpful but also not annoying which is huge.

Once I looked around a bit, Jim helped me and made the process easy. He gave me solid info and advice to help me pick the right ring and diamond based on what she wants. Will 100% be coming back for the wedding bands.
