Interesting outdoor mall/track/casino with parking...

Interesting outdoor mall/track/casino with parking a horror!
Can use free garage or free outdoor lots, but pain in the butt to walk to attractions, dodging moving cars and puddles.
Instead of lots around the complex they are at the distant ends..
$10 for valet parking to eat at a restaurant with no validation! ($20 today - Presidents weekend)
Also, shops are spread out with only partial protection if it rains (and does it in Florida!)
Lots of shops close as not user friendly unless you gamble.
