Do not take your business to a dealership who cares very little about customer service. My interaction with management was painful. I purchased a leased vehicle and after my least matured I turned that vehicle back in. I wanted to buy another car from them but after the horrible service I received from this local dealer I just wanted to turn in my vehicle and be done with this company forever. I will NEVER go back to this local dealership ever again. My brother had issues with this place and I had my reservations but I have it the benefit of the doubt but never again. Just take your business down the road to the one in Hearne or go a dealership who values customer satisfaction like Douglass Nissan.
