I went from paying 00.8 off peak .013 on peak to 0.19 all the time. Totally down played the global cost to me. Stay away conpletely. If you got suckered in pay the 50. A year fee to get rid of them. A scum company all the way. Government should put an end to them. Also this global cost after i signed is bs. That went up to more then my bill was in the first place.
