Made 2 requests for a customer who was in trouble with plumbing issue. Appointment made but they didn't turn up. Made another appointment and they didn't turn up. Then customer got a phone call to say they didn't want to do the work. Never had the courtesy to contact ourselves to say they did not want to do it. Found a local plumber who went within 2 days.
