Where do I begin? First and foremost, many thanks to Elsa & Alfredo for going above and beyond to make sure my parents in law had a wonderful stay. Really unbelievable. Elsa was an absolute gem and was extremely patient with them. The room was stunning, spacious, with all the amenities you can possibly think of. There is a safe as well! Location is great! Near all main attractions. Great coffee place downstairs! Highly recommend if you're looking for a true New York experience in this absolutely stunning art deco hotel! A thousand times thank you for an excellent customer care!
