Was able to get started today with their service. We are excited to see what this tool can do for our call center. Also, we want to give a big Wahoo to Ben Schiftan for taking such great care with getting us started. His passion for what they are doing shines through very clearly. Would recommend serious consideration if you could use help in improving your call centers performance.
