I'm going to make it real simple. My sales man was good but the service is below average. When I purchased my truck the financial guy was not friendly. When I had a recall on the truck, I left it and they never called to inform ip me it was done. Than never APPOLOGIZED after waiting all day for a call. Customer service is everything. It will make or break your business. You can buy a truck or car anywhere. Mr. Bob Brown please here me when I say, "Good customer service goes a long way but bad customer service travels even longer"!

I want to follow up on my review. They called me right away and explained the issue that they had. They were very kind and took the time to follow up on what had happened to me. I appreciate that and it tells me that they care. I give them the full amount of stars. I will go back and continue to do business with Bob Brown.
