I have been here twice in the past couple weeks because I had family visiting from out of town and wanted to show them the festive light decorations for Christmas. Our first visit was beyond terrible. We waited an hour to be seated and weren't greeted by a server for almost 15 mins. When we were finally served our food, our drinks had been empty for quite some time, despite us asking for refills twice. We never received a refill until we were finished eating. I might add that softdrinks cost $2.85. A step price when they aren't refilled. I asked for a manager at checkout and she seemed completely put out by my request to remove the beverages from our bill.
My second visit (yes, I tried to give them one more chance) was equally as bad, if not worse, than the first. This time, after waiting 40 mins to be seated, we weren't greeted by a server at all! I went back to the hosted stand 3X requesting a server or manager and was told they'd get someone over right away. After 30 minutes with no server or manager, my husband said we were leaving. I might add, the food ranks right up there with Panchos! If you are going to see the lights, just walk in, have a look around and leave . It will be much less painful and cheaper!
