We found Lachicotte Company through the Internet and one of their beautiful listings. We did not pursue the listing we initially saw, but we were happy with the agent, Darissa Thompson, whom we met via telephone and emails. We made a trip from California to Pawleys Island for a weekend with the purpose of buying a property. She is an awesome agent and wonderful representative of the Lachicotte Company's service and commitment to helping buyers! She was thorough, and knowledgeable and a delight to work with!

We closed on our house in March and hired the Lachicotte Company Rental Division to secure a tenant for us in our beautiful new home in Heritage Plantation. We are very happy with their service in finding us a long-term tenant who moves in this month.
