Then given info on a medicatiom as if I have never ordered at this location* at leadt 5th time same medication same animal....get you stuff together. When a concern is brought to attention of the staff handle it, instead of responding because you feel you need to. Give the correct info from the calls. Or better yet train people correctly. Will be taking business elsewhere. SUPPORT LOCAL...NOT THIS PLACE. I know many people in Roselle just dont take the time to say the same things.
