Horrible customer service. Have left several messages with no returned calls.They charged me an additional $150 on top of my $108 resort fee of $37 dollars a night and haven t refunded me my deposit of $150. When I finally got in touch with a manager they said that $150 was for the resort fee, WHICH I ALREADY PAID. And that they transferred .48 cents back into my account. They said they would email me a detailed receipt, but of course they haven t.
