I recently had a routine spring maintenance performed on my system. The technician came well within the proposed time frame and was courteous and professional. He was very thorough, inspecting both the indoor and outdoor components of the system. When he was finished he had some suggestions for repairs we might want to consider having done and backed up his suggestions with pictures from his phone that showed the damage/flaking/mold he had been talking about...as well as the prices the additional repairs would cost. He emphasized that only one repair was more on the "crucial" side, but never once did I feel pressured to give him an answer on the spot.
