Disappointing!!! We almost lost the flight due to ...

Disappointing!!! We almost lost the flight due to the incompetence of the reception staff, since they have informed us wrongly about the transfer schedule. Not to mention the minuscule rooms and the poor breakfast .... It was the first and last time we stayed there. I do not recommend it either!
