I give the stars not because of the service, which is appropriate, but for the difficulty is pausing delivery of supplies. I clean and re-use the supplies (mask, tubing, etc) - with proper cleaning, they can go far longer in use than suggested. This saves me and my insurance company money. I'll cancel an upcoming delivery and it will show up. I'll delay it a month, and it will show up. A delivery can have the wrong supplies, too. Invoices never show what the insurance has paid -- just what i owe. So...seventy-five cent plastic tubes probably end up costing $75. I just feel scammed....
