Before working with Luke I felt I was wasting my time in the gym as I didn't know how to exercise properly using weights or machines and didn't really know what to eat to help me reach my goals of losing some weight and toning up. I regularly attended fitness classes but saw little or no change in my body shape at all.
Frustrated, I asked Luke for help and after working with Luke and his team I've completely changed my approach to exercise and the way I eat and have never been happier with my body shape or felt better. I feel Luke and his team really understood me and what I wanted to achieve and worked out a sensible plan that was both realistic, easy to follow and delivered results.
