Said they would be here between 10 & 2. Missed my curbside to be home. Called at 2 to say service person would be here within an hour. Called at 3 to say he was "stuck in traffic." Called about 3:30 to say he would be here in 20 minutes. I cancelled. If they can't be truthful about time, how can I trust what they say about repairs.
