I don't understand how this place is a 4 star hote...

I don't understand how this place is a 4 star hotel. No free breakfast, no pool, no free parking. The rooms are small...2 FULL beds instead of 2 QUEENS... when sitting at the desk, you can't pull the chair out enough because it hits the bed, and then blocks the aisle for people walking to the window/other side of the bed. The bathroom is very small... No exhaust vent for steam or smell. The hair dryer is the cheapest thing you can buy and the coffee is the same. I am sensitive to allergens, and woke up each morning miserably stuffy. How is this a 4 star hotel? Seriously... I've had better experiences at 2 star hotels. I personally would go to the Hyatt next time... One block away
