Extremely rude woman in service department. I actually need work done on my SUV, but I haven't gone back because of her. Though the owner invited me out and graciously and sincerely apologised, I could not get past having to speak to that woman again. I love my Chrysler, but I'm sorry,I would shop elsewhere as she is the first person you deal with
