Lady was rude to me on the phone about an emergency, I was upset about something and all she had to say was if you don't calm down then I will transfer you. They don't care about animal safety, and this isn't the first time either. I've gone and in and got rude employees and called about strangled kittens and they didn't do anything. Very upset with them. Not a pleasant pleasant experience at all.
