My laptop was completely unresponsive and causing me major headaches. Jer and Justin got all of my data off of it and completely reinstalled Windows on it. They had a loaner for me to use while they were dealing with my problematic laptop. They went above and beyond by even coming in on Thanksgiving to check on the progress. I highly recommend them!
