Update to below. Court hearing took place today and the claim they brought against me on behalf of PCM was dismissed. Hopefully it cost them and PCM a lot of money. They are still blatantly refusing to erase my personal data so have been reported to the ICO, who have indicated they will be carrying out an investigation.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority have also mentioned to me that they are 'on their radar'.

They failed to ensure I received a Letter Before Claim prior to issuing proceedings for which I took them severely to task.

Looking forward with bated breath to dealing with these parasites! I ve had a PCN from Parking Control Management Ltd, and have refused to pay. I ve done my research and am ready for the fight...watch this space....
