Stenger agents are smart, caring, and often funny (yeh, you, Mickey !!).
I had spent literally years trying to settle an account with Syn"cronie" bank. Would not negotiate; added costs for items such as "Administrative Fees", Daily Interest, and Employee Time spent harassing people trying to pay a corrected statement - which never was going to happen.
Stenger stepped in. Got the case to court. Settled for the original amount of the debt. Graciously allowed me to make payments. Took care of notifying horrible Syn"cronie" as well as the court.
All things considered, they went above and beyond "in an attempt to collect a debt".
