Police constently circling the park. Is it a crime ridden park? The people seem causual. No protesting or homeless. People were picking up their dogs fecial matter. Although, I did see a lot of people dragging their dogs because its way to hot even at 70 degrees. The sun sets directly over the park so I recommend you come early. Your dogs will appreciate it. Maybe I'm missing something....
