I want to start off by stating I've never had a problem till now. On 5/4/19 I went to the ER with an infection in my hand. I waited 2.5 hours which I expected, but when I get back to a room the PA that was assigned to me stated he could do nothing for me but get me a referral to a dermatologist. So I call the dermatologist to set up an appointment and no referral. So now I have this severely infected hand, no appointment, but you can guarantee I'll have a major bill from the ER and for what? Not sure.....
