ZERO STARS !!!

ZERO STARS !!!
BUFFONI! Waiting for a package from Amazon, 3 days ago, SDA tells me that they passed and no one was at home. The tracking says have passed and you have not found LIARS !!! My wife was stuck at home all day with the sleeping baby so she would hear the intercom. I want to see the courier that passed, I want to talk to him in person, then I'll tell him if it's past. SHAME ON YOU!
Then again from the tracking I read that the package is back in stock, but on the phone, (PAYING !!!) they tell me that it is not true but that it was on delivery by 6pm; We were tattooed at home but not even the shadow of the courier. Recall, always for a fee, and tell me that if I do not release it, it cannot be delivered, but how did the call center tell me in the morning that it was on delivery?!? They release it and I put it back for the next day. By 6 pm
At 6.20 pm, to get more information from a person, I always call paying the single number 199 and keep me waiting! After talking to the operator, she tells me that the problem is with the courier "SDA-Roma 1", and that she will make a reminder for the day to follow because now having passed after 18 it is too late.
At 18:56 instead ... surprise! Here is the courier, after three days of adventure through the traffic of Rome has arrived. Really not very professional, I hope Amazon will take away your contract. Those of Amazon for their part have immediately answered me and are interested in the problem but if they do not change carrier I doubt that the problem (which I read from the reviews to be very frequent), can be solved.
