We come to the shop when we visit Christchurch but most of our shopping is now on line. We have been buying regularly for years now and we have always had super service and customer care. On the one time that the goods were damaged during delivery every effort was made to ensure we were sorted out, which was fantastic. When you order its important that you provide your phone number so that in the case that something isn't available or cannot be provided as ordered they will contact you to agree a replacement or a change to the order. We have always been very happy with our purchases - especially the Wors and Biltong - we don't think there is anyone to touch No 1 SA shop on either of these products. You can also pre-order so that when the next consignment arrives they reserve what you want and contact you when its arrived - which we think is super. We also use telephone and email communication if anything needs checking - never a problem. Highly recommend to any South Africans in the UK. John A and family
