The hamster wheel let's kids help power up the giant ball machine, and lift some of the balls on a bucket elevator into a higher potential energy state, but it wasn't working when we were there. The balls weren't going back up. There's a food court (basic fast food stuff), free admission, freedom to roam, lots of hands on activities and experiments. You can pay extra for IMAX movies or special exhibits. Kids can see dinosaurs, learn about volcanoes, earthquakes, energy, and build things. Overall it was tons of fun, but some exhibits are showing their age badly and need just some light repairs or maintenance from staff.
