Absolute worst customer service I've seen in a long time. I bought a fridge for 2000 dollars in the 8th of this month and kept stressing that I needed a fridge that day as ours was broken. The girl at the store convinced me to get that fridge and that she guaranteed that it would be with me by the 18th no matter what. I said that's 10 days but we will make do. 18th rolled around and the fridge didn't come, no call and no email to say why or when it was coming. I had to call to find out there was a mix up with the supplier and it would hopefully be with us by the 26th. When I called to tell them what happened and ask what they are going to do about it, I got transferred several times to people who had no idea what was going on, and eventually to a manager named Fadel who also just brushed me off. When I told him all the false information that his employees had told me and the lies and lack of training, all he could say was "donno why they told you that" no sorry or I will speak to them and ensure they get the proper training.... just I donno. Anyway, I have been shopping there for years, bought my last fridge there and 2 john Deere riding mowers on top of several tools and other things..... thousands and thousands of dollars spent there.... never again, I am calling and getting a refund and going straight to best buy and home depot from now on. Oh and I called corporate 2 times trying to find a complaint, and I got hung up on both times.
