Absolutely horrible customer service. The rep I spoke to was very impatient with me like I was putting her out by checking on the status of a disbursement. Also the first rep I talked to at the beginning of the week about moving my IRA that got auto-transferred to them, told me completely wrong about when I would have the cash. So glad I am using a local investment professional that actually cares about their clients.
