I was very disappointed AGAIN With my experience. I made an appointment to get my oil changed. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment at 10 o clock. After about an hour I texted my assigned service advisor he did not return my text. 24 minutes later I texted him again and asked if I could get an update again ...no update. I was going to go sit outside for a minute and then go look for him and I saw my car still sitting out in the parking lot after an hour and a half. Very upset I m pretty much exploded on the service advisor that was standing there and I m sure he be lined it in to warn Brandon that I was coming. Shortly after that my car was taken into the service center in about half hour later they were done. It s ridiculous Do you have an appointment to get your oil changed in your car and it takes two hours.
