Service Department (including Angelo "one of the service mangers") are not interested in repairing an issue on a 2016 Grand Cherokee. Made an appointment over a week earlier and was told I would receive a call back before my appointment regarding a question I had. When I called them the day prior, I was given multiple excuses about a third party appointment agency didn't provide them the info. Taking my business to a dealership that wants to take care of customers.....this one clearly does not!
