Ricardo was polite and efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. I was pleased with his ability to get here quickly and fix my AC. The temp outside was only about 82 but it was up to 85 in the house. It now a few hours after he left and my house is down to 79 and dropping. Thank you for a job well done.
