I took an appointment with Dr Renu Chawla via zocd...

I took an appointment with Dr Renu Chawla via zocdoc. The first visit I had, I was told the appointment time I booked on zocdoc was not available and they booked me for a different time. The doctor was fine and I don t have anything negative on that. The second visit, I rebooked on Zocdoc and then again I received a call back from the office saying the appointment time was not available for that day, asking me to cancel on the app and they confirmed me to a different time that day. I went to the see the doctor on the day of the rescheduled appointment then I was told the appointment was canceled. The receptionists were saying it s not their problem if the appointment was canceled and claimed that I probably called in to cancel the appointment. They also didn t make any effort to accommodate me or accept responsibility and bluntly stated that the next available appointment is 3 weeks away and they can t do anything else for me. Please stay away. I feel they have enough patients so they don t care about new patients.
