Respected Management,

This is to inform that Mrs Shifali had done a wonderful job. I wanted to transcript my EMBA certificate and she did it in two working days. I really appreciate her effort , however on the other hand, There are few people who don t understand the importance of time. They have a Chalta Hai kind of attitude. Mrs Veena wasted almost 2 months of my time for the same issue and also demanded money to do the task where as it was free of cost .
Please find the below excuses given by Mrs Veena to misguide me :-

1st Case:-
1) Mrs Veena says her colleague Itishree take care of the Transcript documents an she is on leave for 10 days so the task was pending.
2) When Itishree joint office, she said that Veena takes care of this process which means she wasted 10 days and misguided me about the process .
3) After that, when I spoke to Mrs.Veena , she informed that it will Rs 3000 per document. I informed her to keep the hard copy, but she refuses. She informed that university will except the documents only on mail, so I scanned the documents and E-mailed it to Veena . she was supposed to send these documents to the university for approval and once the approval is received she will ask for hard copy. ( I don t understand what approval was she seeking from the university)
4) Meanwhile a few days passed, When I inquired again to my surprise she said that the person who do the transcript is on leave again .
5) After almost two months passed, I contacted Mrs..Shifali who did the process in just 2 days and I received my transcript documents.

2nd Case:-
1) After doing so many follow up, Till date I have not received my MGU Certificate.
2) There was a wrong spelling of my name, so I informed Mrs Veena she replied says as this is a Govt Process and may take some time but it has been almost 2 to 3 years I haven t received any communication regarding it in spite of multiple follow-ups.
3) Request you to connect the certificate or refund the amount paid for MGU Certification .
I am writing this email today, to request the ITM management to take care of this issue, so that none of the other students face the difficulty which I had gone through.
I would once again thank Mrs Shifale for the same.
