I enjoyed staying here until today. The gentleman checking customers believed a customer's credit card was fraudulent. He told one young lady, "there wasn't no way she was staying at the hotel. "
When he looked up my reservation I told him how to pronounce my name and he went to pronounce it as he felt he should mispronounce even after I corrected him 3 times. He asked if I had stayed at the hotel before. If you had a loyalty program you would see I had stayed there 3 times during a pandemic.

It goes to show this little apple of TWA hotel falls far from the Jetblue tree in terms of customer service. The small older french speaking gentleman may have to go to promises training again. But then again this is a pandemic and you get what you have not what.you want.
