I always buy insurance from this company. It sounds good until you have to deal with them. I had a claim which they do not pay citing different things the hospital has not sent. The hospital keeps on saying they sent it but insurance keeps on saying they have not received it. One of so called supervisors just hung the phone on me. So much for their professionalism.
Worst customer service experience. Save the money and pay the bill yourself. I wish I could give them zero stars but its not an option
