I had always avoided dealership service department...
I had always avoided dealership service departments because I was under the impression that they overcharged. My Honda Element was included in the recall for the airbag issue. After contacting Appletree they ordered the part, a few days later the part came in, I dropped my Element off on the way to work and picked it up after work the same day. Since then I have used their service department a couple of times. Once was for a drive belt replacement. Appletree charged much less than the price the trendy garage nearby quoted me. And unlike the trendy garage nearby they never try to upsell me. I always deal with Tom Sadler and his professionalism has turned a skeptic into a loyal customer.
