Contacted the council environment help line via website 6th August regarding a persistent noise issue emanating from one of their buildings.
Report number CAS-187862-H3P3N2.
No response so contacted again on 22nd August via call centre who raised it to priority level.
Despite several further correspondence (each time I left a e mail message I received a automatic reply telling me I would receive a response review within the next ten days) as of today's date 2nd Oct 2017 (57 days later) I have still have not received a formal response.
from this department. In addition when you contact the department a recorded message will not offer a "leave a message option" it informs
you to contact the more urgent enviro crime at Enfield council which is a recording also "leave message and you will be contacted within"..............!!!!
The system is BROKEN
