I'm extremely pleased with my choice in hiring Howie, Sacks & Henry as my legal council. Laleh Hedayati and Renee Vinett are the highly regarded lawyers who have handled my case, although I mostly worked with Ms. Hedayati. Going through a car accident is extremely difficult and mentally draining, but I found Ms. Hedayati to be incredibly responsive to any question I encountered as this was something I had never experienced. Not to set any expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt responses via email that Ms. Hedayati provided, which were often within the same day. While heading into negotiations I was incredibly nervous so Ms. Hedayati took the appropriate time to prep me prior to the meeting and walked me through everything that would be occurring - I definitely felt secure and well defended. Although we did not settle during initial negotiations, we settled the case a few months after with a higher amount. I believe that Ms. Hedayati and her team have done everything plausible to ensure that the case settled in the shortest time possible, considering the circumstances. My case was somewhat small and the level of care that I have received regardless of the dollar amount makes me confident that Howie, Sacks & Henry would treat any case with their highest level of care.
