We stayed at the Chelsea for a week while visiting family. Our stay was comfortable and staff was so very friendly. Cleaning staff was considerate of our being in the way of tidying the room and worked with us to make sure our needs were met. Our room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked to keep the room cool. While we wish there was a fridge and microwave standard in rooms we were able to get the supports we needed for keeping things cool. My only wish would be more info available as to what is close by for food and items of interest - hard to find these things late at night when you are tired from late flights and do not know what is available nearby. Thank you to staff for making our trip easy and comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Toronto!!
