I was so sick with a bladder infection, I had to get an ambulance to take me to the ER. They could have started me on antibiotics immediately but discharged me with a prescription that was not effective. I almost crashed my car trying to drive to the drug store the next morning. I had to go to Patient First 3 days later to be adequately treated. My urologist was appalled that they had not admitted to get the infection under control. I am very unhappy with the quality of the care I received. The only good thing was being treated promptly because I arrived in an ambulance. The average waiting time, in my experience, if you drive yourself to their ER, is 6 to 8 hours. Go to some other ER if you can.
