Al Serra is a joke. To start off when i went to look at new trucks they sales man told me a set trade in value and that was it wouldn't budge. All i wanted was a couple hundred more to cover the initial down payment completely. I left there and went to cook Chevrolet in Vasser they had no issue giving me the money to pay off my truck and also give me the extra for the down payment.

However i did have an issue with my truck vibrations at 75 MPH. My truck is a 2015 Chevy Silverado with less than 1000 miles on it. Al serra being the closest GM dealership to me i took it in and found out my tires were out of road force and balance. The service managers and write up guys words to me "This is not our issue you need to take it back to the selling dealership" because it had sat on there lot for to long and destroyed the tires. well i have a very hard time believing this when the truck was manufactured in August 2015 and purchased in August 2015 with 47 miles on it meaning it never sat still on the selling dealers lot. After calling and talking with GM service directly i was told this is a GM warranty issue and can be solved at any GM service center.

Al Serra's service manager call me the next day and again told me this is not their issue. I was than told that i am no longer welcomed at Al Serra.

I called cook in Vasser and told them what was going on. I was again immediately told this is a GM warranty issue that can be solved any where. They told me bring the truck up to them and they would fix the issue and give me loaner.
