I highly recommend Excella Travel to both Hong Kong and international travelers. I had the pleasure of meeting the three sisters who own and operate this local business (that s been serving travelers needs since 1956) and they did a beautiful job of making everything work out perfectly for me. I worked with two Excella agents (sisters Dolly and Amrit) on two different occasions and they were both OUTSTANDING! These women are true professionals; they are knowledgeable, efficient and very warm and friendly. I could not have asked for anything more... I had an absolutely wonderful customer service experience and they did a fantastic job of arranging and rearranging my bookings, even on short notice. They graciously helped search for flights that fit my needs perfectly. This is a business that really knows how valuable its customers are.
