Ruddy called us to appriase the vehicle we had been driving. We decided we had nothing to loose and booked an apt. Thats where it all went down! Ruddy showed us a 2018 Gmc Acadia. I've had my eye on one for over a year. It had all the bells and whistles. I kept my excitement at bay as we weren't planning on buying a vehicle. But also so many times we had been shown one thing and told later in the process we couldn't get it. Boy was I wrong. Ruddy and Mike pulled through, was able to get us a better intetest rate AND the car we actually test drove! It was easy, it was quick and painless!
Ruddy himself was very personable , professional and knowledgable about the vehicle he showed us. We had some great conversations and he even kept our 2 toddlers busy while we were going over paperwork in the finance department! This was by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE we have ever had at dealership. We will continue to give our buisness to Capital GMC . All the best to the employee's there. Thanks Ruddy!!
