I was there this morning at 9:30am and the office wasn't open. When I looked at the sign I saw that they open at 10 so I decided to wait. At approx., 10:10 another coupled showed up with their dog and we started talking and they said they had an appointment for 10:15. Finally, the doctor shows up with the tech at 10:20.

The tech saw that my dog was coughing blood so she decided to check what was wrong with him first. The doctor calls her to his office and my brother and I can hear him tell her that I'm not seeing them and to put them out of the room. The tech says can you at least look to see what's wrong first, the doctor says I don't care. So my brother speaks up and say that it's not fair and you're being very rude. The doctor tells my brother and I to get out and to take our dog somewhere else. My brother says you show up late and this is how you talk to your clients. The doctor say I don't care, this is my office and I don't have to explain myself to anyone.

I'm not mad because he wanted to take his appointment first but there's a way to talk to ppl. Then he tell us to get out and take our dog somewhere else, he didn't even look at the dog. What if the dog was dying? Is it because I'm black?
