Called to order a solar canopy. They told me they wouldn't do it separately, so I'm looking elsewhere.

Loading takes 2-4 hr. And after loading you are lucky if you can get ur paperwork within 30 min. Only one person can print paperwork and he takes 1 hr lunch . Hope you don't get finished loading just before he takes lunch.

Shipping...you are the fastest and the most polite in Ohio,keep doing your job like you are doing now

Very poor sales process, zero contact via phone or email.

There were 1.8 MW worth of projects we wanted to get pricing for and it's been a complete pain to get anyone to even provide a quote.

Its a miracle this company is in business.
