The parking lot people are soooo rude and not accommodating. A lady in our group that can't walk well tried four different times to get the tram to stop and they just kept going. It took so long for this person to walk to the entrance. Rude employees have happen other times but this is the last time. We won't be back. Customer service needs major retraining.
