My salesman was Chris Krause. He took me seriously when I said I had limited time (which I did), and he showed me the used car I was interested in quickly. He was great in answering questions I had. And he told me some things I hadn't even thought about. I came back the next day and bought it. The process was smooth and friendly. I think I got a good vehicle at a fair price.
